Welcome to Ripple Inside, Executive and Transformational Coaching.

I’m John Doré, based in Marlborough Wiltshire, and a certified Life and Success Coach and a graduate of the world renowned Jay Shetty Coaching Certification School (accredited by the Association for Coaching)

Ripple Inside works with individuals (and organisations) who are struggling with finding their path and lack of confidence as they navigate through significant change in their professional and personal life.

We help individuals and teams lead with authenticity and clarity, and align personal growth with professional success

With over 25+ years in leadership roles within the Advertising, Media and Tech Sales business I can bring a wealth of relevant experience and connection to help guide individuals and organisations through change and provide clarity and context.

This could be career pivots, redundancies, leadership development, team dynamics and even managing the impact of AI.

I've worked at both large corporations, start up/scale up agency networks and clients, created, ran and sold my own canned wine business as well as project managing the building of two eco houses after demolishing a 1950's bungalow - all during Covid and a marriage split.

I have a lot of life experiences to draw on - Grief, Divorce, Health and Wellness shifts and motivation to take on big challenges - all to help and support you find clarity, figure out your path and build confidence as you navigate change!

I’ve always led with empathy and emotional intelligence so for me coaching full time has been the natural next step.

I practise meditation, journaling and manifestation, and I can help you create some new consistent daily positive habits to help you on your journey of self improvement.

I’ll listen deeply, wont judge and put 100% energy into giving you the tools to create the ripple effect of positive change in your professional and personal life.
